Melody was first place Toggenburg Yearling milker at the 2017 North American International Livestock Exposition in Louisville, Ky. Sadly, we lost Melody shortly after she gave birth to Melanie. Melanie’s Grand Dam on her Dam’s side is CH Happy Thought Farm PS Magdalen, who is a permanent champion. Melanies Sire is Happy Thought Farm Superior and her sires’ dam is GCH Happy Thought Farm RFF Suzette. Suzette finished 6th at the 2018 ADGA National Dairy Goat show in Columbus, Ohio in the 5/6 year old class, and was Reserve Best Uddered Toggenburg at the 2018 North American International Livestock Show in Louisville, KY. Suzette finished 5th at the 2017 ADGA Nationals in Madison, WI, in the 5/6 year old class. Suzette has milked 10520 lbs. of milk to date and is still milking almost 12 lbs. of milk each day.

Her dam is GCH Happy Thought Farm PS Margaret who milked 4400 lbs. of milk in her milking lifetime. Margaret finished 18th in the 5/6 yr old class at the 2018 ADGA National Show in Columbus, Ohio. Her sire is Happy Thought Farm Generallee. Generallee’s dam is SGCH Happy Thought Farm AHTP Leah who won the Toggenburg awards for highest milk and butterfat producer at the ADGA National show in 2017 in Columbus, Ohio. Leah finished 3rd in the Aged doe class at the ADGA National Show in 2019 and 2nd in the Aged doe class at the ADGA National Show in 2018. Leah has won Best Uddered Doe in Show at the North American International Livestock Expo and was the Best Doe in Show at the 2018 Michigan State Fair. Patriot Sky has sired three Happy Thought Farm permanent champion does. He is the full brother of SGCH Happy Thought Farm PatriotStar who has also been awarded superior genetics for a Toggenburg. She was Grand Champion and Best of Breed Toggenburg at the 2014 North American International Livestock Expo in Louisville, KY. Star has milked 8090 lbs. of milk in her life.

Please contact us for more information. All goats sold are registered with the American Dairy Goat Association. The prices will include the transfer of ownership on the registration papers. Additional fees may include: any additional veterinary examinations, vaccinations, necessary testing required for Interstate requirements for transportation, as well as the cost of transportation, and a health certificate.
Payment terms are cash at time of pickup. We do accept Paypal and Venmo as acceptable cash payments.
We will work with the buyer to ship nationwide to all approved homes. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping, a shipping crate, any health testing or health certificate (for out-of-state buyers) and any other costs associated with the shipping of the animal. An approved home agrees to have at least one other goat as a companion and provide the proper care, nutrition and love to their new addition. If shipping by air, we would use American Airlines Cargo or Delta Cargo out of Detroit Metro airport. If you want to transport by ground shipment, we ask that the buyer arrange for and pay for the ground transportation.
